One of the reasons most of us love living in the lowcountry is the screened porch. You can be outside listening to nature and feeling the breezes roll off the marsh or the ocean, you can sit “outside while during the rain shower while enjoying a good read, or even watching a movie, Steel Magnolias perhaps?

One look at the view on the marsh, and we knew we had to live here. We are building a two story over garage home overlooking the marsh with breath taking views from our outdoor porch, complete with fireplace.
We were content living in our 1.5 million motorcoach until we visited Silver Moss. 6 months later we were living in our beautiful Silver Moss home.
